While I will not promote illegal wall or building tagging, I am totally for wall art and murals and there is plenty to be found around New York. Some are cleverly hidden on the sides of buildings are garages while others are bright and shining and full view. While we were just walking around the block looking for ice cream we discovered these awesome paintings painted on the walls just under a bridge in Queens.
It was a fun and quick distraction from the heat and something we would have never noticed if we never turned left. Sometimes all it takes is turning a different corner and something cool will be waiting for you. Lesson learned!
