Blue is a lovely ubiquitous color. From the crispy baby blue skies to the navy blues of the ocean, blue has a natural way of coming across calm and relaxing, but adversely it can also come across slightly depressing and even overwhelming. It is for these reasons that I am a huge fan of the work down by designer Anthony Baratta. With an interior design career spanning over three decades, he has learned how to master the variations of the hue from contemporary living spaces to modern kitchens, giving them all a serene and even beachfront feel. By using bold colors alongside beautiful patterns and graphics, he can transform a room from simple to simply amazing as perfectly demonstrated in the pics below.
